You may have checked out as a guest
Your order was cancelled / refunded
If you’re still experiencing an issue with your points after 48 business hours, please email email@example.com with your order number in the subject line.
Note: Points are automatically deducted if orders are cancelled / returned. Shipping, taxes and other fees do not apply towards earning points. If you use a promo code, the discounted subtotal will be reflected in your points earned.
