I placed an order… Where are my points?

Please allow 48 business hours to receive your points. There are a couple reasons why you might not see your points:

  1. You may have checked out as a guest

  2. Your order was cancelled / refunded

If you’re still experiencing an issue with your points after 48 business hours, please email help@spirithoods.com with your order number in the subject line.

 

Note: Points are automatically deducted if orders are cancelled / returned. Shipping, taxes and other fees do not apply towards earning points. If you use a promo code, the discounted subtotal will be reflected in your points earned.
