So sorry for any confusion or misunderstanding with the rewards tiers (I know it can be a bit confusing at first!)
You will receive 75 points for registering for the rewards platform!
In order to level up to Tier 2 *SILVER TIER* - You Must Do One Of The Following:
1. Leave a review about your order (200 points per review - reviews are capped 2 per month for 400 points total)
2. Refer a friend (they get a discount + you get 200 points!)
3. Have a birthday!
By doing any of these you will receive 200 points, which would bring your rewards total to 275 (SILVER LEVEL = 200 points)
Silver Tier = 1 point per $1 spent
The email comes from: firstname.lastname@example.org <--- add this to your contacts!
The email sends out: 10 days after the purchasing date
If you leave the review without receiving this email / using the link in the email, the website isn't able to recognize where to add the points.
Make sure to leave the review via the review email. Once you do this you can upload images and the points will be added to your account by the end of the business day/early the next morning.
Make sure to NEVER unsubscribe, once you do this they have no way to add your email back. If you accidentally unsubscribed, you will need to email email@example.com with screen shots of your reviews, for the points to be automatically added.
*Reviews must be left within 45 business days of the purchase for the points to automatically be added/for images to be uploaded with your review.
Note: Points are automatically deducted if orders are cancelled/returned. Shipping, taxes and other fees do not apply towards earning points. If you use a promo code, the discounted subtotal will be reflected in your points earned.
