What is your shipping policy?

Shipping Policy

In-stock orders ship withing 24 hours during business days, Monday through Friday.  We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed Friday will ship out on Monday.  Orders placed on holidays will begin processing the next business day.  No weekend or holiday delivery is available. 

All stock orders ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA.  Orders placed after 12:00pm are typically process the following business day.  You may also choose to upgrade to expedited delivery for an additional charge.  Any expedited order placed after 12:00pm on Thursday will not be delivered until the following Monday.  

Confirmation on Shipping

When your item has been shipped we will send you an email confirming your shipment and provide you with tracking information. 

Refused Shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipments from SpiritHoods.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you , any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to SpiritHoods.com.  This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.  

Lost/Missing Packages

SpiritHoods are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process.  Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order.  If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge. 

Calculating Your Order Cost in a Foreign Currency
